Claudie Pascal, DDS
Dentist | Preventive Oral Health Educator | Mentor
I believe oral health education has the power to improve lives.
As a dentist and Preventive Oral Health Educator, I’m passionate about making evidence-based oral health information accessible, understandable, and empowering. I help individuals and families understand not only what contributes to a healthy mouth, but why it matters and how oral health connects to overall well-being.
Throughout my career, I have cared for patients in community health settings, taught future dentists, and participated in outreach initiatives focused on expanding access to oral health education. These experiences reinforced my belief that prevention begins with understanding and that clear, compassionate education can empower people to make informed decisions throughout every stage of life.
My professional interests include preventive dentistry, oral-systemic health, risk assessment, health communication, and community education. I especially enjoy translating oral health research into practical, evidence-based education that helps people understand the science and confidently apply it in everyday life. I founded The Mouth Really Matters™️ to bring this mission beyond the dental office through compassionate, evidence-based resources that help people build healthy habits for life.
Whether I am caring for patients, creating educational content, or speaking with communities and professional audiences, my purpose is the same: to make oral health information meaningful, actionable, and easier to understand and apply.
I believe oral health education should do more than share information—it should help people feel informed, encouraged, and confident in caring for themselves and their families. My approach is grounded in the belief that evidence and compassion belong together, and that meaningful education empowers people to make healthier decisions for life.
